The Dakota County Board of Commissioners April 22, approved a $2.1 million tax exemption for a natural gas power plant proposed in Rosemont. The power plant is to be located in the agricultural fields east of the golf course and across the road and south east of 140th Street marsh. It is not supposed to directly impact the marsh.
