The Austin Audubon Society had a picnic at Myre-Big Island State Park
near
Albert Lea last night. One of the birds seen was a female SUMMER TANAGER
in the picnic area. In addition the trees were filled with birds,
including many Blackpole Warblers, other warblers, and vireos. It was the
largest number we have seen all spring.
