I saw a singing Connecticut Warbler just before you come to the first (short) wooden walkway along the bluff trail at Old Cedar Bridge this morning at 8:22 am. It took me only about 2 minutes to see the bird sing once the song came to my attention. I've spent hours in the past trying to see one. Alas, he wasn't there when I checked back at 10:30.
