The cinnamon teal was still present at the 140th St. marsh as of 9:00 a.m. this morning Sun. June 8th. It was very close to the parking area and three of us had excellent close-up views through our scope. While you are down (or up, as the case may be) that way, check out the dickcissels, grasshopper sparrows, and clay-colored sparrows at the Empire substation on 210th St. just south and east of the Jirek sod farms.
