A male Long-tailed Duck was found today during the Afton CBC on the St. Croix River. The Male duck in winter plumage was found south of Afton State Park. This area of the river is not accessable from the Minnesota side, but should be viewed from the Wisconsin side at Kinnickinnic State Park, which is found by going south on "F" from exit 2 on I-94 in Hudson.
