My sons and I saw 3 Great Gray Owls Sunday evening at 5:45 along Hwy 7; two were sitting on the wires between Sax and Byrne's Greenhouse, and a 3rd was just south of 319 (Stone Lake Road). We still have thistle-depleting swarms of redpolls and dozens of Pine Grosbeaks at our feeders. A single Bohemian Waxwing was present on Saturday AM.
