This morning Leslie Marcus, Linda Sparling and I saw 26 Greater White-fronted Geese in McLeod Co, and one of them had a blue collar with U7J written in white on it, and a silver band around its left leg. There were also Wooduck, Redhead, and a Snow Goose in with them. They were in a farm field pond .6 mi from Mn. 7 on CR 16 on the right side of the road. On Swan Lake there were lots of Red-breasted Mergansers, Lesser Scaup, Ring-necked, Bufflehead, Redhead, Common Goldeneye, and Common Mergansers.
