This afternoon Leslie Marcus and I went for a walk in Roberts Bird Sanctuary in Minneapolis, Hennepin Co. We saw a Black-crowned Night-Heron on the west end near the drainage pool. There were also 5 Hermit Thrush's, 2 Winter Wrens, Golden-crowned and Ruby-crowned Kinglets, and Brown Creepers. This is located across from Lake Harriet on the north end, and parking is available on Roseway Road or in the lot on sight.
