[mou] Little Blue Heron - Henn Cnty

            At 4:15 this afternoon I flushed a Little Blue Heron at the west
end of Hogback Pond.  It was last seen sitting in the tops of the trees at
the Bass Ponds.  Check between there and the bottoms below the refuge
headquarters.
