So the cards were stacked against me, but I tried for the TW in Anoka Cty the 
evening of September 13.  I only had slightly over one hour to look, at dusk, 
with clouds coming in and lighting conditions bad.  The winds were from the 
S/SW and my hope was that the TW would stay until the winds shifted.  I was 
lucky to find one Bay-breasted Warbler.  There was very little bird action in 
the 
trees.
