[mou] Sabine's Gull in Duluth

Mike Hendrickson just called to report he saw a juv Sabine's Gull a few 
minutes ago flying by the bay side of the Park Point Recreation Area. 
There are currently strong NE winds blowing in off L Superior, so 
perhaps a jaeger or something else of note might also be seen  today.
