This afternoon there was a female-plumaged Harlequin Duck at Agate Bay in Two Harbors. The bird was swimming close to shore near the old concrete pier that sticks into the harbor.
Yesterday there was a 1st-winter Glaucous Gull on the breakwall. I haven't seen the 1st winter Thayer's Gull since Saturday. Jim Lind Two Harbors
