An Orange-crowned Warbler was observed this afternoon (Friday) in the Morgan Park area of Duluth, on the peninsula that extends into Spirit Lake behind the old steel plant site. It was located about halfway to the tip, near the point at which water can be seen on either side of the peninsula.
