To Whom It May Concern: I spotted what appeared to be an Arctic Loon on the eastern side of White Bear Lake, Washington County, MN on Sunday, May 2nd 2004, while canoeing. It was swimming in the general vicinity of (but keeping its distance from) a pair of Common Loons.
