Steve Elkins led a MRVAC bird hike today at Murphy-Hanrihan park. We had over 65 species of birds, including ten warblers. Some of the birds seen included: No. Parula singing. found (4pm) on trail from main park entrance to #11. Directions: Go from parking area and take right trail (closed). Follow trail past the fields and into the woods. The bird was singing from the tree tops where the trail passes by a pond on your left.
