8:55 am Saturday I just got a call about the Snowy Owl at the Duluth Airport. Another pair of birders were stopped by the police this morning while looking at the Snowy Owl. They were asked pass along the message to not stop in the area. I don't know all the details, but they were not at the terminal and had followed Mike's posted directions to where the owl actually was this morning.
