An adult Lesser Black-backed Gull was among the roosting gulls at Lake Calhoun (Hennepin Co.) Sat., 11/27, but was not found the following evening (11/28). This bird appeared smaller than the adult that was there a few weeks ago and may be a different bird. A 1st-winter Glaucous Gull was present both days.
