Around 1:30 this afternoon I observed an adult Golden Eagle flying over Fisher Lake in Scott County. Fisher Lake is just west of the Hwy. 169 bridge in the northeastern part of the county. There is a large parking lot for the MN River Valley NWR from which one can view the area.
