I saw 50 bird species on a walk at Old Cedar Bridge and Bass Ponds this
morning.  New for the year for me were:
Am. woodcock, phoebe, canvasback, g.c. kinglet, and cowbird.  There were 16
species of ducks on the opening waters there. A fine morning.  Jim
