my appologies. I have had a couple of requests for directions to Schaar's Bluff. The Schaar's Bluff unit of Spring Lake Park can be reached by taking the Hastings cutoff from Hwys 52 and 55. Then take CR42 east to the turn for the park on Ideal. While it is a good place to find the Gyrfalcon, I do not suggest it for the Iceland Gull. You are viewing the gulls from several hundred yards away. There is about a tenth the number being reported at Black Dog Lake.
