Stand Up and Make Sure Your Birds are Counted! This weekend is not just Presidents' Day Weekend; it is also the Ninth = Annual Great Backyard Bird Count. Everyone is invited and encouraged to = make sure that the birds in their neighborhood are included in the = tally. The count lasts four days, beginning today Friday 17th February, = and it's very simple. Whether you watch your feeders, or go for a full = day's hike, all you need to do is report, online, the greatest number of = individuals of each species you see together at one time.
