The second citizens rally in support of Minnesota's natural resources = will be held Saturday April 22 at the State Capitol from 10 - 2.
Last year over 5,000 people turned out and we made some real progress. Birders, and anyone who enjoys Minnesota's outdoors are welcome to show = their concern by attending the rally.
