At approx. 9:00 AM I observed 2 Sabines Gulls:( 1 adult and 1 Imm.) out from the Duluth canal area. The bird were flying and coming down to pick off the surface. I lost track of them as they moved out into the lake. I was scanning the lake from the Lafayette square, 31st Ave platform. Several others were still watching the lake as of 11:30 this morning at several locations.
