I'm planning ahead to next year for a trip to the pacific coast for a pelagic trip. Any thoughts out there for where I should begin, or if someone has had a good experience with a specific outfit I'm open to any thoughts. I don't know where, or when for sure. It's in the planning stage. Maybe Oregon in Sept but I don't know.
