Possible Baird's Sandpiper, Foley Ponds (medium-sized peep, long wingtips
projecting beyond rump, trilling coming from area - however, was a distant
look with some lighting problems). Two Wilson's Phalaropes on Gilman Ponds.
Decent waterfowl, yellowlegs, Bonapartes numbers.

Nearly hit a new low during this slow migration interlude - only eight
species noted on lunch time walk in Sherburne NWR, Mahnomen Trail yesterday.
Looking forward to the real May!
