Amongst the expected warblers on territory - Blackburnian, Chestsnut-sided, Pine, Mourning, Black-throated-green, Yellow-rumped, I found a male Black-backed Woodepecker at Lake Itasca State Park last Sunday. Lots of wildflowers were in bloom too.
