Chet Meyers writes: Today (12-9)Nancy Jackson and I observed the black-legged kittiwake at the west Black Dog outlet from 3:00-3:30 p.m. As in the past it spent part of its time circling over the outlet and the remainder across the road on Black Dog Lake with a small group of herring gulls.
