A snowy owl was seen today at 3pm Friday, perched on the chain link fence behind building 2520.
This building is located after the 1st tunnel, on your left. You are able to drive in to their parking lot for viewing. The owl was still there enjoying the snow when I left. Deb Diko Mpls
