Chet Meyers writes: Looks like our slaty-backed friend has moved back to Black Dog. It was there along with a couple of glaucous gulls (the same ones Doug reported two days ago). I arrived about 4:00 and both these species were present, along with an assortment of herring gulls. Chet Meyers
