170th&nbsp;street , just east of Highway 52 in Dakota County ,where there was a 
huge build up of ducks and geese. I was there from 3:00 to 4:30. The following 
raptors were observed, 2 Red-tailed Hawks, 1 Bald Eagle and the Gyrfalcon. I 
saw the Gryfalcon make 3 attempts to snatch a duck. First 2 produced nothing . 
The third attempt I lost him ,so I'm not sure of his success.</DIV>
