[mou] Spruce Grouse - Echo Trail

On 10/3 I saw 3 Spruce Grouse and several Ruffed Grouse on the Sioux Hustler 
Trail that connects the Echo Trail with the BWCA.  The Spruce Grouse were in 
the areas of young jack pine.
