As of late yesterday, Thief River Falls Wastewater Treatment Ponds were hosting four Surf Scoters. The birds were actively feeding in the southernmost cell. Other species seen included Snow Goose, Canada Goose, and Cackling goose and most of the common species of ducks. Jeanie Joppru Pennington County
