Around noon a Pacific Loon was observed on the St. Croix River (Lake St. Croix). At one time it was in the same field of view as 3 Common Loons providing good comparison. Viewing was from the beach at the end of 20th St. S. east from Hwy. 95 in Lake St. Croix Beach. Legally, parking is to be in a lot off of 20th St. S. a block from the beach.
