At noon today, Monday, May 1.2006, there was a snowy owl in Garrison sitting on the rock wall by Mille Lacs Lake being mobbed by crows. It had a green tag on it's right wing with the number 10 in white numerals. It then flew across highway 169 and landed on a roof directly across from the rock wall. It was still there at 12:15 PM when we left.
