This morning was an absolutely wonderful to be outside poking along the urban 'wilds'. Besides the usual suspects, I surveyed the following noteworthy species:
Gray Catbird (2) Yellow Warbler (1) House Wren (3) Barn Swallow (5) Yellow-rumped Warbler (several) Wood Duck (7) Also of interest was a Cooper's hawk and an American crow in an intense aerial dogfight!
