Last night's migration moves some birds into Minneapolis. Came home tonight and opened the windows on the second story three season porch - at tree level. Tennesee Warbler were singing loudly, both Gray-cheeked and Swainson's Thrush were working the tree line, Black & White Warbler, Yellow-rumped, and Ovenbird were all active too.
Last night watching nexrad showed there was significant movement on the central flyway. Tonight's south winds might bring more new species into the area. Think migration!
