Howard Towle just called to report a Wilson's Phalarope, and a Ruddy Turnstone at the Purgatory Creek complex by the Eden Prairie Center, behind the athletic club. Both these birds are quite unusual in Hennepin County. Also present were two semi plovers. Both birds were present at 8:00 PM when he called.
