Bob Anderson of Raptor Resource Project based in Iowa
banded three PEFA chicks Thursday, June 14 from a
nestbox on the USBank building in downtown LaCrosse.
They were two females and one male. This is the first
successful nest on a building in LaCrosse. In the late
80's early 90's a nesting attempt on Joseph The
Workman Cathedral a few blocks east of USBank was
unsuccessful. A nestbox on the Cathedral has not been
used.
