As part of the MN Landscape Arboretum's "Secret Nooks and Crannies" walks, 26 bird species were recorded today, July 5, 2006.
Led by Julia Bohnen, highlights included: * BARRED OWL (near Sensory garden) * RED-SHOULDERED HAWK fledglings (Wildflower garden) * and Phyllis Bofferding's sighting of a YELLOW-BILLED CUCKOO!
