[mou] Slaty-backed Gull update

Molly Hoffman called to report that the Slaty-backed Gull was still 
present on the marina breakwall in the Grand Marais harbor at 3:00 pm 
today (Tuesday).  She said it looked "a lot better" than the day 
before.
