In addition to what other Duluth birders have reported: Hooded Merganser, American Coot, and Red-winged Blackbird were at Mud Lake in Gary-New Duluth late this afternoon. The St. Louis River was still >95% frozen between Morgan Park and Fond du Lac. - Kim Eckert
