[mou] Cass County Barrow's Goldeneye

Yesterday, 4/10, a male Barrow's Goldeneye was spotted at Kabekona Narrows on 
Leech Lake.   Presumably it is the same bird that was seen on 3/26, although 
this is the first time (to my knowledge) that it has been relocated.  Kabekona 
Narrows is approx. 3 miles north of Walker on MN 371.
