The Black Scoter on Allie Lake in Northeastern Renville County, found last Monday by Bob Williams, was still present this afternoon. It was in a flock of divers north of the county park. There is plenty of room to pull over on the shoulder of county hwy 24. Also present: Ring-necked Duck Greater Scaup Lesser Scaup Redhead Bufflehead Horned Grebe Red-necked Grebe Common Loon Doug Kieser Minneapolis
