At 1:20 PM today, at Diamond Lake (IN MINNEAPOLIS, NOT NEAR RODGERS). This lake is in S Mpls, at the SW corner of 54th and Portland. Park on the north side of the lake at Pearl Park and cross 54th to view the lake. The bird was with about 2 dozen Double-crested Cormorants, which made for a nice comparison.
