This morning around 9AM I encountered a singing Prothonotary Warbler, which could easily be heard from the parking/boat ramp area by the Vermillion River Bridge on 200 St. E/county 18, just west of Ravena Trail. I watched the bird for 15 minutes, and it was still singing when I left.
