Kim Eckert just called to report an adult Arctic Tern on Park Point at the 12th Street parking lot. He also said there are still 100's of Common-type terns, as well as many Bonaparte's Gulls (which weren't present yesterday). He had just arrived there and had not checked Hearding Island yet.
