The Arctic Tern was refound by myself, Jim Lind and Mark Stensaas at Lafayette Square located in 31st Street and Minnesota Ave. The tern was flying out in front of the viewing platform going back and forth amongst the Common Terns. The time was about 1:00pm when we saw the tern.
