At noon today an Ibis Sp? was present in the grassy area at the extreme NW portion of Pool # 4 at Carlos Avery, Anoka VCounty. It was about 400-500 ft west of pool # 10 road and was too far away to determine the species. We also saw a Western Kingbird in the area, our first ever in the refuge.
