Just for the record, please note that the Black-necked Stilt on 26 May at the Hills sewage ponds in Rock Co was first spotted by Linda Sparling, while on a Minn Birding Weekends trip I was leading. (I was one of the observers present, of course, but not the one who found it.) John Ellis reported that the stilt was still present later in the afternoon, but John Hockema and others could not relocate it yesterday.
