Call to Order Approval of MOU Board Meeting Minutes for March 10, 2007 Officer's Reports President Vice President Treasurer Secretary Membership Secretary Immediate Past President Editor Reports The Loon Minnesota Birding Committee Reports Avian Information Conservation Education/Public Relations Electronic Communications Field Trips Finance Committee MOURC Research and Records Publications Committee Resource Management Recruitment and Awards Old Business State Fair coordination with Audubon Minnesota Status of Breeding Bird Survey and the MOU Status of MOU involvement in birding ventures with B & Bs. Possible By-law changes: Add a new committee to be named Awards and Recognition. This new committee will not have a vote on the MOU Board. Change the title of Recognition and Awards Committee to Recruitment and Nominations. Change the quorum designation for Board Meetings to 1/3 of the Board to comply with state statute. Add a membership category of Joint Life for $700.00. Great Lakes Aquarium proposal Alternate voting methods on MOU issues Advertising policy clarification between MOU-Net and Minnesota Birding Other New Business Discussion on possible uses of photo gallery, such as: open to all or just MOU members.
